Projects
01 — 08
Driver safety, integrated.
Engineering a safety-critical headrest through structural optimization, driver ergonomics, manufacturing-driven design, and chassis integration.

From custom to customer.
Customer-driven hardware, from custom CAD and component sourcing to manufacturing, assembly, and quality control.
Turning ambiguous client needs into testable mechanical requirements.
Client-facing mechanical development under NDA: quantitative requirements, concept trade studies, CAD, prototyping, and validation.

From CAD to competition.
Led a 15-member team’s mechanical development from robot architecture and Onshape CAD through manufacturing, integration, failure analysis, and competition.

Lightweight Formula SAE Steering Wheel
A 4 mm aluminum steering wheel refined through three ANSYS load cases, reducing CAD mass by approximately 12.7% while retaining a minimum simulated yield factor of safety of 2.28.

AquaReserve filtration cart
A shaft-driven filtration cart with reusable ultrafiltration, a two-stage belt drive, and pressure storage sized for a calculated 5.15 minutes of discharge at a 10 L/min target.
From pixels to surface profiles.
A calibrated laser-triangulation pipeline for additive-manufacturing inspection and real-time object tracking.
Payloads, ready for flight.
Payload, gimbal, and servo-actuated release integration on an approximately 11 kg carbon-fiber coaxial octocopter.
Good design earns its place
in the real world.
My work connects the details of a part to the performance of a system: how it carries load, how it gets made, and how it behaves in someone’s hands.
